A driver was rescued after his vehicle crashed through a fence and into a swimming pool in New Canaan, authorities said. The incident happened around 10:38 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, at the Steve Benko Pool at Waveny Park, according to New Canaan Police. The pool was closed when the crash occurred, and no one was in the water. No injuries were reported.
