Norwalk Man Charged In Main Avenue Stabbing NORWALK, Conn. -- A 20-year-old Norwalk man was charged Wednesday following a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital, according to police.  Plinio Chavez of 356 Main Ave. was charged with first-degree assault and carrying a dangerous weapon. He was issued a $20,000 bond and will appear in court on June 17. Police were called to 356 Main Ave. at around 10:10 a.m. Wednesday on a report of a disturbance.
