Thai Pham, 56, died in the hospital, the News-Times reported Tuesday. Easton's Helen Keller Middle School Evacuated Following Bomb Threat EASTON, Conn. -- Helen Keller Middle School in Easton was evacuated Wednesday following a bomb threat, according to the Easton Courier. School officials told the Easton Courier that police were on the scene searching for a possible bomb and evidence.  The bomb scare was prompted by a message written on the wall of one of the boys' bathrooms, according to the Easton Courier. Stamford Schools Name New Superintendent STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Board of Education has named Earl Kim as the new superintendent of Stamford Public Schools. Kim was appointed at a special meeting on Tuesday and will take over from Interim Superintendent James A. Connelly on July 1.
