Stamford Schools Name New Superintendent STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford Board of Education has named Earl Kim as the new superintendent of Stamford Public Schools. Kim was appointed at a special meeting on Tuesday and will take over from Interim Superintendent James A. Connelly on July 1.
