Three Injured, One Arrested In Norwalk Stabbing Incident NORWALK, Conn. -- Three people were injured in a stabbing incident on Wilton Avenue in Norwalk on Tuesday, police said. Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the area of 47 Wilton Ave. early Tuesday afternoon. Police said the incident stemmed from a disturbance that escalated to violence. Two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Norwalk Hospital. A third victim suffered a minor injury and refused medical attention, police said. GE Will Still Pay Fairfield $1.6 Million In Property Taxes FAIRFIELD, Conn. – While General Electric’s decision to move from Fairfield to Boston has raised concerns about the impact on the local and state economy, Fairfield First Selectman Michael Tetreau said that the company is still scheduled to pay the town $1.6 million in taxes in the 2016-17 fiscal year. “This amount will not change in the short or mid-term.
