Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Two Baltimore Students Stabbed At Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School A student has been arrested after stabbing two other students at a Baltimore City high school, multiple sources said. The students were reportedly stabbed during a lunch fight at Mergenthaler High School on Thursday April 21, Baltimore School Police told Daily Voice. Baltimore Woman Arrested For Allegedly Shooting Another Woman In The Chest: Police A Baltimore woman has been arrested in connection with shooting another woman in the chest more than a week ago, authorities said. Investigators believe Marn-Ya Doleman, 23, shot a 35-year-old woman in the chest in the 2100 block of Wilhelm Street on April 10, Baltimore Police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment and there is no word on her condition. The motive in the case is still unknown, police said. Army Parachuters At Nationals Park Caused US Capitol Evacuation A plane carrying members of the US Army Golden Knights evacuated the US Capitol Wednesday, April 20, authorities said.
