Police ID 28-Year-Old Man Killed In Willimantic Apartment Shooting Authorities have identified the 28-year-old Connecticut man who was shot and killed over the weekend. Jamez Eduardo Perez Arauz, 28, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest after officers responded to the 800 block of Main Street in Willimantic at about 1:42 a.m. Sunday, May 11, according to Willimantic police.
