A Greenwich woman will serve time in federal prison after prosecutors say she helped carry out a long-running scheme with her brother that drained more than $1.2 million from state treasuries across the country. Patricia White, 70, was sentenced Monday to nine months behind bars. A Massachusetts couple has been indicted on charges that they kept thousands of dollars from an unhoused man after creating a GoFundMe they said was to help him. Rachel Kadis, 31, and Brian G.
