The Southern Connecticut State University athletic department announced that longtime men’s and women’s swimming and diving coach Tim Quill has died. The New Haven school announced the 58-year-old's death on Wednesday, Feb. 11. Support is on the rise for a recent UConn graduate and former high school wrestler who was killed in a North Jersey crash earlier this month. Jamie Lynn Aughenbaugh, 22, was behind the wheel of a Toyota Corolla when she was involved in a collision with a Chevrolet Tahoe on Route 206 on Tuesday, Feb. 3, just after 2:50 p.m. in Flanders, according to Meghan Knab, a spokesperson for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
