Colbert was struck sometime between 11:33 p.m. and 11:49 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10, in the area of Linden Street/Francis Avenue area of Pittsfield, the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said.  Investigators said he was pulled beneath the car and was trapped for some time before being released around 1350 West Housatonic Street, authorities said.
