A police officer on his first solo shift helped save a woman’s life after she went into cardiac arrest following a crash in South Jersey last month, authorities said. At 8:23 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, officers responded to to Greentree Road in front of All American Assisted Living for a report of a vehicle that struck a telephone pole, Washington Township police said.
