Man Who Stole $102K From CT Medicaid With Fake Autism Treatments In Glastonbury Sentenced A former East Hartford man who owned a Glastonbury-based autism services company has been sentenced after authorities said he fraudulently collected more than $102,000 from Connecticut's Medicaid program. Glenroy Patterson, 49, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was given a three-year suspended sentence and five years of probation last week, according to Chief State's Attorney Patrick J. Griffin.
