A former Marist University student from Westchester County, NY, has admitted to secretly recording multiple people inside campus bathrooms, pleading guilty to 15 felony counts of unlawful surveillance.
Kyle Petrozzi, 23, pleaded guilty in Dutchess County Court to 15 counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, all felonies, Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announced on Friday, May 29.
The charges stem from incidents that occurred between April 27 and May 10, 2025, inside Dyson Hall on Marist University's campus in Poughkeepsie.

Bruce Springsteen Announces Star-Studded 'Power To The People' Protest Festival
Bruce Springsteen is turning up the volume on a fight he has already taken to the stage.
Springsteen's representatives announced on Thursday, May 28, that he will return to the DC area on Saturday, Oct. 3, as a special guest at the first-ever "Power to the People" festival. The post described the event as "another night of music and resistance."
