Tom Noonan, a prolific character actor with credits dating back more than 40 years, has died. The Greenwich native was 74. A Massachusetts couple who died after falling through ice on a Cape Cod beach on Valentine's Day met as teenagers and were high school sweethearts, their family said. Kit Boucher, 71, and Jerry Boucher, 72, were walking along First Encounter Beach in Eastham around 9 a.m. when the ice gave way beneath their feet, authorities said.
