A 62-year-old retired Army staff sergeant from New Jersey was shot and killed in Florida following a dispute over a parking space on Tuesday, June 30, authorities said.
At 12:28 p.m., officers responded to a Walmart in North Lauderdale and found Bart Diguglielmo, a Hammonton native, suffering from a gunshot wound, Broward Sheriff's Office said. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
