A newly built luxury apartment complex with 67 units has opened in Bergen County, JLL Capital Markets announced Wednesday, Oct. 1.
The property, dubbed 619 North and located at 619 North Maple Ave., in Ho-Ho-Kus, features units with walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private terraces in select apartments.

TFE Properties, LLC has acquired Orchard Plaza, a 10-acre retail center on Route 35 South in Oakhurst, the company announced.
The plaza, which first opened in 1980 as a booming retail hub, has faced growing vacancies over the years. Now, the East Windsor–based developer is planning a full-scale revival.

Atlantic City’s iconic Boardwalk just got a major new addition.
Coury Hospitality celebrated the grand opening of The Seahaus Hotel, the city’s first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 16, officials said.
The 105-room boutique hotel features a nautical-inspired design, beach access, a fitness center, and proximity to casinos, spas, and entertainment. Wellness and recreational programs in partnership with local vendors are planned for the future, according to Coury Hospitality.
