Woman, 75, Jailed After Stabbing Victim In Back In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A 75-year-old woman faces a felony assault charge after allegedly stabbing a victim in the back in Westchester County, police said.
The incident happened in Yorktown on Monday, June 22, when officers responded to a reported stabbing a little before 5:45 p.m., the Yorktown Police Department announced on Tuesday, June 30.
Arriving officers found a victim with what they said appeared to be multiple stab wounds. After investigating some more, police determined the suspect, identified as 75-year-old Lynn Matney of Yorktown Heights, allegedly stabbed the victim in their upper back with a knife.&n…
