Maria McKenzie, 27, of Springettsbury Township, allegedly kidnapped Mya Campbell, 2, of York County, when she stole a car near Royal Farms along Mount Zion Road around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, according to police. Abducted Toddler Found Safe
An Amber Alert has for a toddler abducted out of York County was called off after the girl was found safe Sunday, June 5, authorities said. Mya Campbell was abducted by Maria McKenzie, 27, out of Springettsbury Township, police said. She was last seen at 3:23 p.m. on Concord Road. Mya was last seen wearing a pink, green and yellow polka dot dress. McKenzie is in a brown jacket and is believed to be driving a silver 2005 Suzuki XL7, license plate LXG5500. It was not clear if any charges were filed.

An amber alert was canceled after a missing 9-year-old Maryland girl from Carroll County was found in Baltimore County. Savannah Heaton was with her aunt in Westminster when she was abducted by her 33-year-old sister, Magen Wallen on Tuesday, May 10, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (MCMEC). Savannah was found safe and unharmed while Wallen was taken into police custody.

A Carroll County boy who was abducted by his father has been found safe and unharmed, authorities said. Maxx Geiger, 12, was located with his father Christopher and family dog in Westminster just before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, Maryland State Police said.
