A new poll appears to suggest Massachusetts residents should move East.
All the best places to live in the state are in or around Boston, according to Niche’s 2021 Best Places to Live survey. The ranked list features 486 Massachusetts cities, towns, and neighborhoods.
Overall, the best places to live in Massachusetts, according to Niche are Brookline, The Port, Cambridgeport, and East Cambridge neighborhoods in Cambridge, and Peabody.

Parents Awoken By Strange Sound, Foil Kidnapping Attempt In Western Mass
When the parents went to investigate a strange sound in their home, they found a man on the second floor, dressed in dark clothes, and holding their toddler.
The man attempted to flee with the 20-month-old child, but the parents were able to tackle him and take their child back.

Keeping with the trend of declining COVID-19 infections, the Pioneer Valley has only 4 “red” communities - cities and towns with the highest risk of virus transmission.
On Thursday, March 4, Massachusetts unveiled its latest weekly update on COVID-19 incidents by the municipality.
Red communities in Western Massachusetts for the week of March 4 are:
Chicopee with a rate of 33.4,
Hadley, 32
Ludlow, 33.4,
and Springfield, 40.3.
