Red Wave: Republican Candidates Win DA Races In Nassau, Suffolk A new day has dawned on Long Island as Republicans claimed District Attorney seats in both Suffolk and Nassau counties. In Nassau, longtime prosecutor Anne Donnelly has declared victory against Democratic State Sen. Todd Kaminsky in the battle for the open DA’s seat.
