Raylynn Ryan, 11, and Jordan Ryan, 14, were last seen in the Randallstown area on Monday, Aug. 8, around 9:30 p.m., according to Baltimore County police. Organs Of Towson Student Killed In Crash Will Save Others, Mom Says
The mother of a 19-year-old Towson University student who was killed in a Baltimore County crash said her organs will save the lives of others. Catherine Pratt, of Easton, was heading north on Greenspring Avenue in Reisterstown when her Kia Sorrento veered off the road and struck a fence before coming to rest in a field on July 31, county police said. Pratt died on Aug. 1. The cause of this crash remains under investigation by Baltimore County police. Dead Man Found In Vehicle Following Rosedale Car Fire Near Railroad Tracks
A man was found dead in a vehicle that had caught fire just off of a set of railroad tracks in Rosedale, authorities say. Officials arrived to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames after a report of smoke in the 8500 block of Contractors Road, near the CSX Railroad Crossing at 7:50 p.m., Wednesday, July 27, according to Baltimore County police. Crews extinguished the fire and found the victim in the driver's seat of the vehicle. The investigation of the circumstances surrounding the fire is ongoing.

Man Killed In Violent Rear-End Collision In Baltimore County
A man died in a violent late night collision in Baltimore, authorities say. Troy McNeil, 52, was killed after his 2019 Chevrolet Malibu rear-ended a 2012 Honda Pilot near a traffic signal on Washington Boulevard, according to Baltimore County Police. The driver of the northbound Honda Pilot was slowing down for the traffic signal when the impact occurred. McNeil was pronounced dead at the scene, while the Honda Pilot driver appeared uninjured. Carjacker Who Attacked Driver After Ride Rejection Arrested In White Marsh: Police
The man who attacked a driver who declined giving him a lift and then stole his car in White Marsh has been arrested. Charles Hoffman, 35, approached the driver asking for a ride around 3:45 p.m. Sunday June 12 on the 5300 block of Nottingridge Road, Baltimore County police said.
