Cold Case: Who Killed Former Frostburg State University Basketball Player?
The mysterious murder of a former Frostburg State University basketball player in 2020 has Baltimore County detectives asking for the public's help, according to CBS Baltimore. On June 16, 2020, Brian Green Jr., was shot to death while driving out of his garage on Caerleon Court in Pikesville, Baltimore County Police said. A silver Lexus or Infiniti sedan was seen leaving the area after the shooting with several people inside. Support is pouring in for the family of a 27-year-old Baltimore County woman who was fatally shot while leaving her mother's job in the Catonsville area. Diamond Trueheart was shot multiple times inside of her SUV at the Catonsville Plaza where her mom worked on Jan. 13, according to Baltimore County Police. She died at the scene. Arsonist Arrested In Reisterstown Blaze That Displaced 20 Victims: Police
A 25-year-old man has been arrested for starting a massive fire at an apartment building in Reisterstown that left more than 20 people homeless, according to police. The fire began at around 8:20 p.m. in the unit block of Brookebury Dr. 21136 on Jan. 17, and quickly engulfed the apartment building to the point where flames were seen shooting out of the roof, the Baltimore County Fire Department said. Mom Posted Smiling Selfie Hours Before She Died Alongside Husband In Baltimore Bus Crash
A couple was killed after their car struck an MTA bus late Thursday night in Baltimore, authorities said. The bus was stopped at Old Court Road near Woodling Way when it was hit by a 2017 Nissan Maxima around 11:45 p.m., county police said. A man was struck and killed by a car in Baltimore County, authorities said. On January 5, at around 8:30 p.m., a 2013 Lexus struck a pedestrian while traveling northbound along Belair Road near Taylor Avenue, Baltimore County police say. An investigation determined that the pedestrian, 34-year-old Byron Blowe, stepped into the northbound travel lane of Belair Road, from a sidewalk near Taylor Avenue when he was struck by the Lexus. Essex Man Critical After Broad Daylight Shooting: Police
A man was gunned down in the afternoon in Essex, according to Baltimore County Police. On Dec. 20, at around 1:30 p.m., police responded to the Unit block of Glenwood Rd., for a reported shooting. When officers arrived they located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries.
