Northern Westchester Man Nabbed For Bail Jumping A Bedford Hills man was nabbed for bail jumping after a warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to show up to court. Denny Ray Frederick, 59, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 5, by the Yorktown Police after the Westchester County Police found he was wanted on an active warrant. According to police, Frederick was wanted for failing to appear in Yorktown Court on a previous charge, the Yorktown Police said. Once he was processed by Yorktown,  he was turned over to the North Castle police where he was also wanted on an active warrant.
