Police received a complaint about the party at a home on Cartway Lane East in Bedford Village just before 11 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Stephanie L. Zarcone of Neptune Ave. in New Rochelle was arrested Tuesday following an investigation and charged with grand larceny and identity theft in connection with the t $3,999.96 purchases of four iPhones on March 1, according to Lt. Vincent Gruppuso. Zarcone was arraigned in the Bedford Justice Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.

Bedford Resident Reports Repeated Coyote Sightings A Bedford resident is warning others that he has spotted a coyote in the area of Succabone and Alice roads over the past four or five days. The coyote has been spotted between the hours of 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., said Bedford Corners resident Bob Lang.  "The animal does not seem to be just passing thru the area and I think the residents should be made aware," he added. Route 22 Stretch In Bedford Remains Closed After Crash This story has been updated. A stretch of Route 22 in Bedford remains closed after a crash involving a dump truck. Bedford Police said the crash occurred just before 10 a.m. Friday on Route 22 at Bedford Center Road.  The closure is between Bedford Center Road and Clinton Road and had been expected to last until about 1 p.m., but the road remains closed at 1:30 p.m. Police did not have information regarding injuries.  This is a developing story.
