A DUI crash on Twin County Road in Caernarvon Township left a child and four others hospitalized, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Sept. 8.
The crash happened in front of 330 Twin County Road at 10:13 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, according to PSP Lancaster.
Investigators said Dustin C. Stewart, 47, of Reading, was driving a 2014 Jeep Cherokee northbound and failed to stay in his lane while negotiating a curve. Maryland man is accused of hitting and dragging two Arby’s employees with his camper in York County after throwing a milkshake at one of them during an argument over slow service, Pennsylvania State Police announced.
Alan Bollhardt, 74, of Bel Air, was charged after the incident on Friday, Aug. 2, at the Arby’s on the 500 block of Shrewsbury Commons Avenue, according to charging documents.
Around 3:54 p.m., Bollhardt allegedly complained about his order taking too long before hurling a milkshake at a female employee’s head, police wrote. She called 911 when he refused to leave.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez was sentenced on Monday, Aug. 11, following his April 2025 jury trial conviction on all counts, which include first-degree murder, first-degree rape, third-degree sexual offense, and kidnapping, according to the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office.
The jury reached its verdict in less than one hour of deliberation, officials noted.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, Aug. 11, at 9:30 a.m. at Harford County Circuit Court in Bel Air, according to the Maryland Judiciary case search.
