Nathan Shupp, of Bethel, was arrested around 4:45 p.m., Wednesday, Jully 17, by Bethel Police on an active warrant for sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, said the Bethel Police Department. The warrant was the result of an investigation into a complaint made by the 10-year-old who reported that Shupp had touched intimate parts of the body in the form of groping while babysitting the child, the Bethel Police said.
