A motorist who found a ticket on his illegally parked vehicle in Ridgewood dumped a full cup of soda through the open driver's side window of a nearby parking agent's vehicle on Friday. A village police officer and patrol supervisor quickly responded to the scene of the Aug. 18 afternoon incident on Chestnut Street near East Ridgewood Avenue.
