Some businesses that opened just a few weeks ago will be closed as 13 Massachusetts cities and towns take a step back in reopening their local economies. COVID-19 rates that have spiked over the last several weeks are forcing 13 cities and towns to rollback their local economies to Step 1 of Phase 3. 48 Hours: Mountain Of Drugs Seized, High-Quantity Dealers Arrested
Over 48 hours police seized a mountain of drugs and arrested two "high-volume" drug dealers in a string of busts expected to help bring down the region's illegal narcotics network. Last week, law enforcement agencies put into action a plan to bring down two “highly organized, high-volume” drug trafficking organizations in Massachusetts, police said. 19: Free Testing Coming To Worcester County, Western Massachusetts
Targetted COVID-19 testing sites are being dispatched to hot spots in Worcester County and Western Massachusetts. On Monday, July 27, Gov. Charlie Baker announced the expansion of the “Stop the Spread” initiative, which provides free COVID-19 testing where it’s most needed. Wayne PD: Imposter 'Fire Inspector' Wanted In Seven States Is Caught
WAYNE, N.J. – Authorities have caught an ex-con wanted in seven states who police say has been scamming North Jersey businesses – including a Cinnabon store at the Willowbrook Mall – out of hundreds of dollars each by posing as a fire inspector.
