Wayne PD: Sergeant Finds Tow Company Burglar From Clifton Hiding Under Pickup Truck Peering under a pickup truck in a Wayne towing company lot, a township police sergeant found a Clifton man who authorities said broke into the office and carried out the cash register. Alongside James M. Dolan, 49, was a long-handled screwdriver and the cash drawer from the register, Detective Capt. Laurence Martin said Friday. Sgt. Police Seek To Speak To Car Break-In Victims After Suspects Nabbed Connecticut State Police from Troop A-Southbury and the Southbury Police Department are seeking to speak to victims of car break-ins in the Roxbury and Southbury area. On July 15, 2018 at approximately 6:20 a.m., troopers responded to Southbury Road in Roxbury after a resident reported that two black male suspects were rummaging through his vehicle in his driveway, however when seen, the two suspects fled in a silver sedan.
