Dozen Ducklings Rescued From Storm Drain In Front Of CT Elementary School There was a special family reunion in Connecticut this week, as animal control officers teamed to help reunite a family of ducks. A dozen ducklings fell into a storm drain on Monce Road, in front of the Lake Garda Elementary School in Burlington. They were first noticed by a school bus driver who saw a distressed mother duck hop over a drain, which the ducklings proceeded to fall into.
