Jersey Shore Man Found With More Than 2,000 Heroin Bags: Prosecutors
A Cape May County man was charged after police found him with more than 2,000 bags of heroin, authorities announced. Kelvin Claudio, 35, of Rio Grande, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 23, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced in a news release.
