A lucky New Jersey Lottery player won $1,000 for life.
The CASH4LIFE ticket matched the five white balls and the Cash Ball drawn for the Wednesday, Feb. 23, drawing, winning the grand prize.
The winning ticket was sold at Berkeley Convenience Store, 151 Plainfield Ave. in Berkeley Heights.
The winning numbers were: 27, 36, 40, 46 and 53. The Cash Ball was: 03.
Additionally, 8,304 players won $43,936 in cash prizes ranging from $2 to $500 with 1,967 of those tickets doubling their prize with DOUBLER.

A New York woman has claimed a $1,000 A Week For Life lottery prize.
Antonia Rodriguez, of Manhattan, claimed the second prize prize in the New York Lottery's CASH4LIFE game, according to an announcement from NY Lottery on Thursday, Jan. 13.
She opted to receive her prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $612,240 after required withholdings.
"Keep dreaming," Rodriguez told NY Lottery when asked what advice she has for fellow lottery players.
The ticket was purchased at Dyckman Convenience, which is located at 100 Dyckman St. in Manhattan, NY Lottery said.
New York Man Claims $1 Million Lottery Prize
A New York man has claimed a lottery prize worth at least $1,000,000.
Queens resident Mario Gonzalez, of Jackson Heights, claimed the $1,000 a Week For Life CASH4LIFE second prize, according to a report from the New York Lottery on Friday, Dec. 17.
He opted to receive his prize as a yearly payment.
Gonzalez received the first payment of $31,837 after required withholdings, and will continue to receive the payments of a like amount each year for life, the lottery reported.
NY Lottery said Gonzalez is guaranteed a minimum payout of $1,000,000.

Hudson Valley Man Claims $1K Per Week For Life NY Lottery Prize
A Hudson Valley man representing a trust has just claimed a New York Lottery $1,000 a Week for Life lottery prize.
The Rockland County resident, from the Village of Nyack and representing the Mattias Miles Trust, claimed the CASH4LIFE second prize from the Tuesday, Oct. 12 drawing, according to an announcement from New York Lottery on Friday, Dec. 24.
The trust received the $1,000,000 prize as a single lump-sum payment of $651,000 after required withholdings.
The ticket was purchased at New Murray’s Deli, which is located at 80 South Broadway in Nyack, the NY Lottery reported.

The winning ticket was sold at Sunrise Convenience Store on Main Street in Hackettstown.
The winning numbers were: 09, 35, 48, 53 and 58. The Cash Ball was: 02.
Meanwhile, 8,482 players won $43,840 in cash prizes ranging from $2 to $500 with another 2,005 of those tickets doubling their prize with DOUBLER.
'Total Shock Mode': NY Man Wins $1M NY Lottery Payout
A New York man said he's in shock after claiming a $1,000,000 lottery payout.
Stephen Wong, of Manhattan, claimed the second prize in the New York Lottery's $1,000 A Week For Life, after matching the first five numbers drawn in the July 19 CASH4LIFE game, NY Lottery reported on Monday, Nov. 1.
"I am in total shock mode," he said in a statement.
He elected to receive his prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $612,240 after required withholdings.
The ticket was purchased at Health Pharmacy, located at 10 Bowery St. in Manhattan, NY Lottery said.
