Burn Victim Dies Days After Catonsville Fire, Officials Say Officials say that a 63-year-old man has died days after he was injured in a Catonsville fire. Catonsville resident Jeffrey Thomas Swimm, suffered severe injuries in a Tuesday, March 28 when a blaze broke out at approximately 11 a.m. in the 500 block of Ingleside Avenue that was visible from the second floor, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
