Massage Parlor Raid: 2 More Women Charged After Investigation At Troubled Long Island Business
Two more women are facing charges for alleged crimes at an embattled massage parlor on Long Island.
Suffolk County Police conducted an operation in Centereach at New Day Spa on Dawn Drive Wednesday, Aug. 2, after receiving multiple complaints.
Following their investigation, Liu Bing, age 42, of Centereach, was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony.
Wendy Valencia Dorado, age 26, of Brooklyn, was also arrested and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

A New York bar bouncer who was convicted of beating a 32-year-old customer to death was hired despite having a “lengthy” criminal history and a propensity for violence, a new lawsuit alleges.
In the wrongful death lawsuit, filed in Suffolk County Supreme Court on Wednesday, June 28, the family of Jake Scott alleges that JDC's Tailgaters Sports Bar in Holbrook had a “duty of care” and is liable for his death.
Scott, of Centereach, died in September 2022, 11 days after he was savagely beaten by the bar's bouncer, David Cruz.

A Long Island dance instructor has been arrested and charged for reportedly engaging in inappropriate and sexual conversations with girls half his age, officials said.

Centereach resident Corey Henson, age 32, was arraigned on Wednesday, May 3 for charges that he not only struck and killed a man while driving drunk, but fled the scene, the Nassau County District Attorney announced.

A Long Island man is facing more than a decade in prison after admitting that he raped a 6-year-old girl.
Jose Romero, age 34, of Centereach, pleaded guilty to first-degree rape in Suffolk County Court on Wednesday, April 12.
According to prosecutors, Romero sexually abused the child in October 2021, and then gave her “pocket change” and told her not to tell her parents.
The girl immediately reported the abuse to her parents, who then contacted police. She was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, where a sexual assault examination linked Romero’s DNA to the crime, prosecutors said.
