A teenage suspect is accused of pointing a gun at a store employee and threatening to kill him after demanding tobacco products at a Chambersburg business, police announced on Friday, Jan. 2.
The incident happened around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, when a male entered a store at 103 S. Main St., showed a firearm to the employee behind the counter, and demanded tobacco products, according to Chambersburg Police.
When the employee refused, the suspect threatened to kill him, police said.

Oscar Lopez-Marquez, 23, of Chambersburg, was arrested after officers were dispatched to 112 North Seventh Street around 8:34 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, according to the Chambersburg Police Department.

A Chambersburg man hunted down his victim, followed them across town, and trapped them in the police station parking lot before officers intervened, authorities said.
