A teen in Charles County has been charged as an adult alongside a second man after they were found armed during a traffic stop, the sheriff's office announced.
Isaiah Jordan, 21, of Bryans Road, and a 17-year-old whose name has not been released, are facing multiple weapons charges following a bust by officers earlier this week.
A driver who did not have a license was stopped near the intersection of Strauss Avenue and Blair Road in Indian Head and during that traffic stop, officials say that Jordan was found with a weapon in his waistband, while the teen had a gun in his pocket.

An assault suspect has been apprehended by members of a fugitive task force years after a domestic assault in Charles County, authorities announced.
Brian Anthony Cave, 28, who has no fixed address, was arrested for an alleged domestic incident in December 2020 when he brandished a firearm and threatened a woman, though he was released on a $5,000 bond.
In February 2021, he was indicted for the assault, but never appeared in court, prompting a judge to issue a warrant for his arrest, though Cave could not be located.
