Child-Care Worker Accused Of Force-Feeding Infant, Greenwich Police Say A 56-year-old child-care worker has been arrested for allegedly force-feeding an infant at a daycare center. Karen Von Tobel of Greenwich was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 12, following a months-long investigation by the Greenwich Police Department's Special Victim's Unit, said Capt. Robert Berry. Police were first notified on Oct. 23 by a caseworker from the Department of Children and Families of an incident that had taken place on Oct. 16, at a childcare facility in Greenwich, Berry said.
