At 1:56 p.m. on Sunday, Troopers Nicholas Pellegrino, Vincent Caporrino, and Christopher Scarlett, all of Troop "A" Buena Vista Station, responded to a medical assist at a home in Atlantic County where a woman was in active labor, according to a State Police spokeswoman. Special Delivery: York Regional Police Help Deliver Baby Police in Windsor Township responded to a pregnancy call and ended up delivering the baby, says York Regional Police Department. Officer Brandy Goodling and Corporal Stephanie Phillips responded to the call around 4 a.m. on Monday. They called for an ambulance but the baby was not going to wait for it’s arrival, so without medical assistance Cpl. Phillips delivered the baby.
