30 Firefighters Quarantined In One City
More than two dozen firefighters from the same department have been put in quarantine after three members tested positive for COVID-19. The positive tests started rolling in on Sunday, Oct. 4, then two more positive cases were confirmed among Worcester firefighters. The quarantine is effecting two stations and 30 firefighters who will quarantine due to contact with their colleagues. Three schools at a Long Island district have switched to remote learning after a pair of staffers tested positive for COVID-19. After word of President Trump's positive COVID-19 test results, Gov. Phil Murphy announced that everyone at his Thursday fundraiser in New Jersey should be tested.
