David Burden, age 40, of Norwalk, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday, Jan. 20, following the indictment, said John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Burden has been detained in state custody since his arrest on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
