A 33-year-old man faces charges after pulling a knife on a victim in front of a child at a Northern Westchester home, police announced. The arrest resulted from an incident just after 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, when 33-year-old Brendan Clarke threatened a victim with a knife at a North Salem residence, according to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police. A burglary suspect from the region was nabbed after he was caught on surveillance video crawling through a Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru window. Sullivan County resident Paul A. Ellis, age 38, of Monticello, was charged with burglary and petit larceny on Monday, Oct. 14. According to Monticello Police Lt. Mark Johnstone, an investigation into a Dunkin' burglary at 144 Jefferson St. in Monticello on Thursday, Oct. 10, found that Ellis forced his way through the drive-thru window when the business was closed.
