Man Awaiting Sentencing For Racketeering Caught With Heroin In Poughkeepsie Raid, Police Say A monthlong investigation into heroin sales in Dutchess County led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man who was already awaiting sentencing for a separate crime and the seizure of thousands of dollars, police said. New York State Police investigators arrested Poughkeepsie resident Trequon Dancy on Wednesday, Nov. 7, following the investigation. During a search of his Gray Street home, police seized heroin and approximately $5,000 in cash. Warrant Sweep Nets 17 Arrests In Danbury Nearly 300 wanted criminals were scooped up, including 17 in Danbury, during a statewide warrant operation that included state and local law enforcement officials. The pre-dawn operation, conducted on Wednesday, July 18, targeted individuals wanted on outstanding felony and misdemeanor arrest warrants.  The Danbury Police Department served 17 warrants that included the arrest of an individual involved in a very large illegal marijuana operation, said Det.
