Brown, now 16, has pleaded guilty, admitting that he shot and killed 23-year-old Rolando Rivera when he was only 14 years old, according to court documents and the Lancaster District Attorney's office. Brown confessed to shooting Rolando "Peanut" Nazir Rivera, 23, of the 200 block of Ruby Street in Lancaster, in the 500 block of Third Street around 9:45 p.m. on August 27, 2021. Police in Allentown have charged a 29-year-old man with Giselle Trabal's fatal shooting last Friday, Sept. 29. Obadiah Whack is accused of shooting the 35-year-old mom of three through the door to her first-floor apartment at 628 North Law Street, APD said. A bullet hole was found in her front door and a 9-millimeter cartridge casing was found on the hallway floor, according to authorities.
