Uniondale resident Shavon Goins, 27, has been sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after being convicted of murder for a March 2018 stabbing that left his rival dead. Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said that at approximately 8:15 p.m. on March 23, 2018, Goins threatened to kill Ravino Bailey, 23, in front of a Dartmouth Street home in Hempstead.
