A Pennsylvania sex offender has been recaptured after he failed to comply with the terms of his probation. Larry Robert Williams, 73, of Elizabethtown, was wanted for failure for Megan's Law violations, Highspire Borough police say. Highspire police were made aware of the warrant for his arrest on Tuesday, Mar. 1, according to a release by the police. He was captured in the morning of Friday, Mar. 4, police say. Sajan Basnet, 22, Harrisburg, has been charged with vehicular homicide, DUI and related charges following the head-on crash. A man in Wiconisco Township fatally shot his roommate on Monday, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Robert Ernest Thomson, 56, of the 200 Block of Williamstown was arrested after he called 911 stating he shot his roommate. Dauphin County jury convicted a Harrisburg man of raping three women between 2016 and 2017 following a three-day trial. Sage Ifill, 28, was found guilty of multiple counts of felony rape. Harrisburg police have arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of a Texas truck driver. Charles E.
