An infant's death has been ruled a homicide in Southeast DC, the Metropolitan Police Department announced on Wednesday afternoon. Shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, officers from the Seventh District were called to the 1300 block of Morris Road SE, where there were calls about an unconscious infant inside a home.
