12-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Route 80 Crash A 12-year-old child was seriously hurt in a crash on Route 80 overnight in Morris County, authorities said. The child was in a Honda that was parked on the right shoulder of the westbound side of the highway at milepost 38.2 in Denville, when a Kia passenger car struck the back of the car around 1:15 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said. The Honda was redirected off the right side of the road and struck a metal guardrail. A 12-year-old was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and the crash remains under investigation.

Popular Grocery Chain Corrado's Market Shutters Wayne Location Corrado's has closed its location in Wayne, the store confirmed to Daily Voice. The supermarket was located at 201 Berdan Ave. at the Point View Shopping Center and had been open since 2008. Corrado's still has markets in Fairfield, Denville and Clifton, according to its website. Corrado's did not give a reason for closing the Wayne location. A sign was taped to the front door announcing the closure, saying the decision was not taken lightly.  "We understand the impact it may have on you," the sign said. Crash That Closed I-80 In Morris County Involved 3 Trucks The crash that closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 at Monday's rush hour involved a pickup truck and two tractor-trailers, authorities said. No one was seriously hurt in the crash that occurred at 4:22 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27 on I-80 at milepost 39.4 in Denville, Morris County, New Jersey State Police said. Based on a preliminary investigation, the three trucks were traveling on I-80 east when a collision occurred.  The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
