Jayson Moriarty, 41, of Springfield, died Saturday, July 26, a short time after the crash, police said. The Hampden County of District Attorney’s Office just recently publicly identified the victim. Springfield Police responded to Worthington Street at around 11 p.m. on Saturday and found evidence of gunfire.
