A 68-year-old armed man was shot and killed by police in Montgomery County on Sunday morning, Oct. 27, authorities said. Upper Moreland police were called to a home at the Commerce Square Apartments in Willow Grove for a domestic disturbance where an 83-year-old resident let them inside around 11:50 a.m., MontCo District Attorney Kevin Steele said.
