A man is facing charges after allegedly causing significant damage during a domestic incident in Northern Westchester, police say. Yorktown Police responded to a domestic incident at a Yorktown residence on November 17, 2017 around 8:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the defendant, identified as 26-year-old Victor Ruiz of the Bronx, got involved in a verbal argument with the victim.
