Boyd, 25, of New Brunswick, had been accused of selling the woman cocaine, fentanyl, 4-ANPP and tramadol in the days leading up to her death in January 2020 Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said. Boyd was indicted on charges of first-degree strict liability for drug induced death, and four counts of third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
